Vegetarians beware because this is a meat-eaters paradise offering the popular 1/2 slab of St. Louis ribs with baked beans and corn on the cob. The more health conscious may choose the delicious smoked turkey breast sandwich on a multi-grain bun with coleslaw. Now, should you be eating those greasy French fries and onion rings? No, you shouldn’t, but hey … you’re on vacation, so you can always dust off the Bowflex when you get home.
The best feature at the Flame Tree Barbecue is the outdoor seating – try the gazebo overlooking the water. And while we're on the subject of seating, look carefully at the decor of each seating area, they are decorated with predators and prey. The predators adorn the seating and the prey the tables, just so there's no confusion about who's who in the food chain.
