DVC Contract Details
No more scraps of paper with notes!
This is Mouse Manager Contract Details Screen. It is accessed by clicking the "New" button on the Contract Listing Screen.
You will create one contract record for each of your Disney Vacation Club contracts. For example, if you your home resort is Old Key West you may have several contracts, your original contract, plus the contract for each add-on.
Let’s say you have 4 contracts in total, you will create 4 contract records.
Creating a new contract is done via the contract listing screen by clicking the “New” button.
To get help for each field on this screen, click the “?” icon that appears next to each field.
Some information is required. This is denoted by a red asterisk (*) next to the field and the field is also appears in yellow.
Once you have entered all of the information, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
If you would like to exit the screen without saving your changes, click the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen.
All information entered, will also appear on the Mouse Manager DVC Contract printout.
